Name of the Dish: Stuffed Potato Bomb
Yield: Good for 3-4 portions
Duration: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
- 3-4 Pcs Potatoes
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- Powder Mix (Salt, Pepper, Cajuns Spice, Paprika Dry Oregano and Dry Parsley)
- Mozarella Cheese Cut into small size
- Coating (Flour, Egg, & Breadcrumbs)
Procedures:
- Wash the potato and Boil it until it’s cook.

2. In a bowl put all the prepared powder mix (Salt, Pepper, Cajun Spice, Paprika Dry Oregano and Dry Parsley).
3. Once the potatoes are fully cooked, peel it and mashed it in the bowl together with the powder mix until there will no be lumps. Make sure that the powder mix will be mixed with the mashed potato well.
4. Add eggs and flour then mixed well.
5. Cut the mozzarella cheese in small pieces that will be enough to fit inside.

6. Shape the potato in a ball and stuffed it with the cut mozzarella cheese.
7. Coat it with the breadcrumbs and let it rest in the freezer for 5 minutes.
8. Pre-heat the oil into 140-160 C.
9. Take out the potato bomb in the freezer and deep fry it in the pre-heat oil.

10. Once it’s golden brown-brown in color, take it out and let it rest until the excess oil comes out.
11. Put in a plate and serve it hot!
