Intoxicated

You came, and it wasn’t toxic,
Even your presence never made me sick.
Your love gives me an unknown energy,
And that, without a doubt, completes me.

I’m always on the verge of happiness,
Our love, a perfect mess.
Your eyes, shimmering in the dark sky,
Make me want to soar, to climb up high.

We’re a perfect match,
I know you’re my best and last catch.
A great life lies ahead for us,
We just need to build our trust.

As we walk down this shared path,
Happiness awaits us in its aftermath.
The warmth of your hand helps me keep going,
Guiding me to love’s true meaning, always showing.

My love, my King, my Knight,
You are the world’s most perfect sight.
The one who’ll forever embrace me,
The only one who holds the right key.

The key to heal my heart that’s been torn apart,
The one who’ll see me as a perfect art.
The one who’ll always choose to stay,
When everyone else decides to walk away.

Let’s choose to stay and enjoy this moment,
Let’s cherish each other’s scent.
I’ll never tire of loving you,
I hope you’ll be my last view.

My only one addiction,
A different kind of toxic perfection.
In a world where fate picks who we’re meant to be,
For your love, I’ll choose to be forever intoxicated.
