When she had her first step in the kitchen, she heard a whisper of “Danger”.
In a place where men gathered and a physically tormenting workloads, a small lady will always see “UNFIT”. Regardless of background she may have, the needs to prove herself will always win.
Why? because world is used to have “Men” in a commercial kitchen, even though “Women” are the one who usually cooks at home. They we’re branded to stay at home and take care of the family like they don’t have the right to enter in a physically required environment. But regardless of what the world is used to, she took a step forward to try and go on with this chosen road.
They may require a lot of years of experience before everyone accepted her in this field, but she won’t back down for anyone. She’s trained to be strong and to keep up with her environment. It’s NOW or NEVER. Her first step started and there’s no way out. She loves what her doing and the passion and desire to know more are what keeps her staying.
She’s a Chef in her heart and that won’t change by anyone. This road that she had chosen maybe quite hard for her to take, but she’s determine to win this battle.
