PROS

1. This plan is ideal for those who wanted to have passive income already.
2. Starting in the industry early, will help you to build up your experiences in the field and also help you to achieve your goals early.
3. Being an employee right away will help you to build company connections. Those connections will be your edge on applying in another company.

CONS

1. For those who wanted to have a taste of their freedom first, this plan is not ideal. The thing that people needs here is passion and patience.
2. No matter what university you are in, you still need to start in entry level position. Because you don’t have much experiences that employer can consider.
3. Your goals will take longer time to achieve if you didn’t strategized your period as an employee. The key on preventing that is don’t settle for one employer.

PROS

1. This plan is ideal for those people who wanted to build their credentials stronger.
2. You can also have a chance to establish connections here that can also help you once you start to apply.
3. Except for the ones that you’d learned in school, you can also have a chance to learn more by choosing the right seminars or trainings for you.

CONS

1. Attending trainings, seminars and internship involves money. So you need to pay for you to attend or be accepted.
2. In internships, some will take months and others take years. And those months some company, issues allowance for the trainees but others don’t. So you need to be financially capable before taking internship.
3. The time you’ll be employed officially will take time if you focus first on trainings and internship.

PROS

1. This plan will help you to boost your credentials that will give you an edge in applying a job.
2. You can apply right away in a higher position or can demand in higher salary.
3. You have more opportunities to choose from and not limited like those people who are just starting.

CONS

1. Being a student again after college means paying tuition again. So you need to be financially ready for that.
2. Like being in college, some degree will also take four years or more to finish not unless you are not currently employed and have 100% of your time for that.
3. Taking a degree also means that you need to pass everything for you to be able to graduate from it.

In any plans you’ll choose, the most important thing is to be driven by your passion to succeed. Those plans will only give you success if you really put your heart on it. So for all the fresh graduates always remember that you’re the only one that can determine your future.
