For those who faces career breakdown

Having thoughts of giving up? Are you having a breakdown right now because of something you’re not sure to be worth it? If you’re undecided on your career and thinking of giving up just because of what you’d experienced, here are the things you need to consider before quitting.

1. Ask yourself “Why”. Having no reasons to quit on something that you want to give up, is simply nonsense. It also applies to everything not only in your career. You should have the right reason for you decided things. For you to have a good start on making a decision, having a list of your reasons will make you less regretful to give up.

2. Remember what you’d done and the sacrifices you made in the career that you chose. Giving up on something that took time to earn and develop is truly a regretful thing to do. It took almost a half decade of your time and for you to be able to clear your mind, knowing its value to your life will make you come up to the right decision.

3. Decide it on your own. People tend to please everyone resulting them of their own life. Don’t let anyone do it for you, do it by yourself. If you keep living according to their ways, you’ll never find the things that will truly makes you happy.

4. Know the time frame you’ll take in the career that you choose to start with. Everything takes time but knowing the time frame will make you feel at ease.  You’ll surely feel pressured but I’m it will only take place on your initial start.

5. You need to have the patience because everything takes time. There’s no  such thing as instant. You need to know that everything will undergo a long process for you to see its outcome. So this time learn to be patient, for it to be worth it.

6. Don’t go for money. Go for your dream. Professionals in the industry didn’t get their positions right away, their living in the mantra “Driven by passion”. If you love what you’re doing, you’ll realize that money won’t matter in the first place. Once you’re in the industry for too long and you well establish yourself, your value will rise at the same time.

7. Think of what you’d invested in the career that you wanted to change. In every career anyone choose, it will always involves investment. Money, time, knowledge and experience are some of those. If you learned from the process you’d experience, it will give you a heads up on what you have in the future.

8. Make it happen. You are not getting younger anymore, so this time make everything possible. Learn from what you’d experienced and focus on what you have in the future. Have the right attitude and motivate yourself always.

9. Consult your situation to the right people. If you are still in doubt of taking another career, or your still undecided what’s the next step for you, talk to someone that will really help you decide. Seek professional if you can or you can also ask those people whore are in the industry already. By doing that you’ll help yourself to know certain information that will benefit you in the process.

10. Be consistent this time. Like what other says, everything needs consistency for you to see its outcome. Now once you are already decided on what career or the necessary step you’ll take, don’t give it up again. Don’t breakdown this time.

We all have this kind of breakdown so you don’t need to be in denial about it. There will always comes a point that we question the worth of what we are doing right now, and it’s normal. Just always remember that everything will always requires time, consistency and hard work for it to happen. Be inspired everyday and don’t ever think that it’s too late to make a change.

You can make it. Trust yourself.
