The first Nordic Restaurant in Qatar!

Inspired by “friluftsliv” a scandinavion philosophy of reconnecting with nature, the associates pave the way of doing a one of a kind service and presentation to embrace its identity. From food presentation like using of stones and shells from Zekreet beach in Qatar, they really made a breakthrough by being innovative of using things that is local to its place.


Together with a Michelin Star Chef, Theis Brydegaard, former CDC Chef Kamille Andersen and now Chef Maja Soerensen with their team, they proudly present and explain the food directly to the guest.

Snoull is one of the restaurants in Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Hotel and Resort and it’s open every Monday- Sunday (12:00 -22:00)
