HEALTHY MEAL: Breakfast Muesli 

Breakfast Muesli w/ Chia Seeds, Organic Almond Milk and Pine Honey Topped w/ Sliced Banana

For those who are busy individuals who usually skipped their breakfast, this ready to eat meal is the best for you. You only need to do is to chill it overnight and you can simply take is as your breakfast. This is a very healthy option since most of the ingredients are carefully selected and jampacked with nutrients that your body needs.

All the ingredients are readily available in the market so you don’t need to be problematic on how to source it. You can also make a variety of this meal where you can just interchange the other ingredients based on what you prefer.

To ensure smooth preparation for this meal, here’s the things that you need to have first.

  1. Canister (300-500g)
  2. Small Mixing Bowls (For Dry & Wet Ingredients)
  3. Spoon/ Fork (For mixing)
  4. Measuring Cups and Spoons

For the ingredients, here below are the following you can prepare beforehand. (The measurement is based on the canister used which has 300g capacity.

Dry Items

  1. Mixed Muesli w/ Nuts & Raisings– ¾ Cup
  2. Chia Seeds – 1 1/2 tsp.
  3. Slice Banana- 1 pc

Wet Items

  1. Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1 Cup
  2. Yoghurt- 2 tbsp
  3. Pine Honey- 1 1/2 tbsp.
  4. Grated Apple- ½
  5. Fresh orange Juice- 3/4 Cup


RECIPE

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mixed all the dry ingredients except Slice Banana.
  2. In a separate bowl, mixed all the wet ingredients and make sure that the honey and yoghurt are well incorporated in the mixture.
  3. Put the Dry Ingredients in the mixture and mix it well.
  4. In the clean canister, put the mixture carefully (you can align the slice bananas or you can put it on top.
  5. Chill overnight.
  6. If it’s too dry, you can simply add more almond milk. You can eat it on your breakfast.
