- Canister (300-500g)
- Small Mixing Bowls (For Dry & Wet Ingredients)
- Spoon/ Fork (For mixing)
- Measuring Cups and Spoons
For the ingredients, here below are the following you can prepare beforehand. (The measurement is based on the canister used which has 300g capacity.
Dry Items
- Mixed Muesli w/ Nuts & Raisings– ¾ Cup
- Chia Seeds – 1 1/2 tsp.
- Slice Banana- 1 pc
Wet Items
- Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1 Cup
- Yoghurt- 2 tbsp
- Pine Honey- 1 1/2 tbsp.
- Grated Apple- ½
- Fresh orange Juice- 3/4 Cup



RECIPE

Preparation:
- In a bowl, mixed all the dry ingredients except Slice Banana.
- In a separate bowl, mixed all the wet ingredients and make sure that the honey and yoghurt are well incorporated in the mixture.
- Put the Dry Ingredients in the mixture and mix it well.
- In the clean canister, put the mixture carefully (you can align the slice bananas or you can put it on top.
- Chill overnight.
- If it’s too dry, you can simply add more almond milk. You can eat it on your breakfast.
